Conversion rate optimisation is the art of removing friction and maximising your given website conversion. The main goal is to increase your conversion rate across your website and enhance ROI across traffic generating channels such as PPC & SEO.  

CRO is something every business owner should be looking at one way or another. The levels of time or budget invested here vary. CRO can be something to look at when building a new website or looking to increase website sales.

Each business will measure a different type of conversion. For example, e-commerce website will look at a product sale as a conversion. Service based businesses may look at phone calls and form completions as a conversion. Newsletter signs up or a download can also be a conversion to a business. The art is understanding what conversion generates the best ROI.
